By using the Maven Salon website (maven-salon.myshopify.com) or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking and appointments

All bookings are made through our booking partner, Phorest. Each Maven Salon stylist maintains her own schedule. Confirmed appointments are subject to Phorest's terms and our cancellation policy.

  • New guests: First-time color guests will be prompted to book a $50 in-salon Color Consultation, which is applied to your first color service.
  • Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.
  • Cancellations and no-shows: 24 hours' notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee at the stylist's discretion.

Service results

Each guest's hair condition, history, and goals are unique. While we strive for excellence in every service, results may vary based on hair texture, prior color, density, and at-home care. If you are not happy with your result, please contact your stylist within 7 days — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — photos, copy, branding, and design — is the property of Maven Salon or licensed to us. You may share or link to our content for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

Maven Salon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, except as required by Connecticut state law.

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
