Salon services
All salon services (color, cuts, blowdry, treatments, extensions, updos, waxing) are performed in person at our location: 144 Main Street, Old Saybrook, CT 06475. No shipping applies.
Retail products
Most retail products on our website are linked to our affiliate partners (Virtue, Holistic Hair Tribe, Salon Interactive, Ibiza, Primally Pure, K-18, and others) — when you buy through those links, the partner ships directly to you and their own shipping terms apply.
For any retail products sold and stocked directly by Maven Salon:
- Processing time: Orders ship within 1-3 business days from our Old Saybrook location.
- Shipping zones: We currently ship within the continental United States.
- Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Delivery time: Most US orders arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Local pickup
If you live nearby, you can also choose in-salon pickup at checkout — we'll have your order ready at Maven Salon during your next visit or within 1-2 business days.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 10 business days, email hello@mavenct.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
