How to join the team
Step 1 - Fill out the application. It all begins with a simple contact form. This gives us the details we need to start the process.
Step 2 - Discovery phone call. Within 72 hours of receiving your form, we'll reach out to schedule a call to chat, get to know each other, and answer any questions.
Step 3 - First meet-up. We'll give you a tour of the salon space, you'll meet Angela, and we'll show you around so you get a feel for what working with us looks like.
Step 4 - Shadow day. The best way to see if the salon is a good fit. You'll experience Maven Salon, meet the team, and learn new tricks that will help you grow as a stylist.
Step 5 - Technical interview. Show us your skills as a stylist. We pride ourselves on quality, so this is also a chance to assess whether additional training would help take you to the next level.
