Within 72 hours of receiving your form, we will reach out to you about scheduling a phone call to chat and get to know each other better. We will also answer any questions you have for us.
We will give you a tour of our salon space, you’ll meet Angela and we will show you around. This will help you get a feel for what working with us looks like.
A shadow day is the best way to see if the salon is a good fit for you! During this time, you will experience Maven Salon, meet the team, and learn new tricks that will help you grow as a stylist. We want to ensure our salon feels like home to you.
The technical interview is the perfect opportunity for you to show us your skills as a stylist. Because we pride ourselves in our experience and quality of the hair and services we provide, this gives us a chance to assess if we think additional training would be beneficial to take you to the next level. If we are in agreement that Maven Salon is the place for you, the next step is signing the lease!
